    Terms
    • Valid for 12 months from purchase
    • Tied to the buyer's KWHD account — not transferable
    • Cancel up to 24 hours before the slot to refund the credit
    • Missed sessions forfeit the credit (no refund)
    • Refunds processed through Shopify reverse the credit balance
